Calendar Event / Building Use

This calendar event/building use form will be reviewed for approval at the next staff meeting.  Events will not be placed on the church calendar until approved.  Upon approval we will let you know who has been assigned as the staff member contact for your event.  Please call the church office if you have not received a response within two weeks after submitting your request (817)232-0560
